Data protection law has changed and we want to keep you up to date with the steps we are taking.

On the 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, came into effect. GDPR imposes additional obligations on organisations and gives you extra rights around how your data is used.

Looking after the personal information you share with us is very important, and we want you to be confident that your personal data is kept safely and securely.

Privacy - The data you have provided is stored on a password protected computer, of which only the Administrator has access to.

Use of data - By subscribing to the Nottingham Youth Orchestra mailing list you have given consent for Nottingham Youth Orchestra Ltd to hold your personal data.

Your data is held so that we can send you concert and event information relating to Nottingham Youth Orchestra by letter or email, blind copied. To opt out of any such communications please message us.

Your personal data is not shared with anyone else and is held by Nottingham Youth Orchestra Ltd only for the period that you subscribe to our organisation.

Your rights - You have a right to see the data held, change or delete it, on request to the Administrator.
