As a local educational music charity NYO will have a stand at the newly created Southwell Showcase Community Market taking place on Sunday 9th August 2026.
Do you have a MUSICAL YOUNGSTER age 8-18? Find us at our market stall to discover how NYO can help develop musical excellence, confidence, friendships and life skills through exceptional ensemble opportunities in our 3 CLASSICAL and 2 JAZZ Youth Orchestras.
Enjoy the market showcase in the beautiful market town of Southwell - 9th August 11am-4pm
and... if you really like Southwell, you can return at the end of the month to hear the Nottingham Youth Jazz Orchestra playing as part of the Southwell Music Festival 12-3 on 29th August 2026. The NYJO Combo will be performing, as last year, at the festival's FREE musical picnic in the Minster gardens. A real treat for festival goers and community.
